The Co-operative Women's Voices webinar series launched in September 2020 as a partnership between the College and the Co-op News. The aim of the webinars is to provide an opportunity for inspirational women, working within the co-operative movement, to share their stories and experiences in an informal and interactive format.

The candid conversations explore the co-operative journeys of some of the most influential women working in the sector today, asking questions about who inspired them, what their journey has looked like, and what advice they would give to other women in the movement?

To mark International Women's Day 2023, we're sharing some of the webinar recordings to shine a spotlight on some of the fantastic women involved in the UK and international co-operative movement, and to highlight that while co-operatives have led the way in campaigning for gender equality, and tend to perform better at leadership level than most FTSE companies, there is still progress to be made.

As more recordings become available, we'll add them, so keep an eye out!
