Visitor Experience and Operations Co-ordinator

We have a job opportunity at Rochdale Pioneers Museum for a Visitor Experience and Operations Officer.

We are looking for somebody dynamic, with a creative approach to visitor and customer service, experienced in retail and purchasing as well as the heritage or visitor attraction industry.

You will be working as part of a small team and will be a flexible, reliable and friendly person. You'll work closely with colleagues to make visits, tours and events run smoothly and make them attractive to new audiences.
