Course content

During this workshop, participants will:

• Explore why it is important for businesses to have a strategy, including the benefits and the risks 
• Analyse strategy in the context of people to investigate the influence they can have operationally to meet the overall goals of an organisation 
• Create realistic actions that will support effective operational and strategic decision making, while keeping values and principles at the heart 

Length of course

This is a half-day course, lasting three hours.
