Following our very successful ‘You, me and the SDGs’ webinar, held earlier this year, we’re delighted to share this guide, packed full of simple suggestions that we can all implement to help create a more sustainable future.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were created by the United Nations as a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They span 17 different themes that address a wide range of major global concerns including poverty, gender inequality, clean energy, climate action and education. At first glance the SDGs can seem a little overwhelming, and might leave you wondering ‘How can one person make a difference to such big, global issues?’

Our answer: by breaking down the SDGs into manageable parts, and then thinking about the day-to-day practices we can put in place to help us achieve them one bit at a time.

To help you get started, we created this guide using the suggestions and ideas generated by the attendees of our ‘You, me and the SDGs’ webinar. With loads of suggestions for little lifestyle changes that help meet the Goals, you’re sure to find some inspiration!
