The aim of this workshop is to collectively explore the differences between us all through the lens of co-operative values and how to embed inclusivity in everyday practice.

Course content

During this workshop, participants will:

• Reflect on what it means to belong and why it matters 
• Make connections between the co-operative values and principles and the valuing of differences between people 
• Collectively explore what the co-operative values of caring for others, equity and solidarity look and feel like in practice   
• Identify what you can do to value the identity of others and listen to the voices of others 

Length of course

This is a half-day course, lasting 3 hours.
