About this course

In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to reflect on and explore their past and current experiences of engaging and motivating others, and also what engages and motivates them. The session will include time to complete interactive activities as a group to gain an understanding of what has been effective, as well as the areas where they might like to develop in their role in order to engage and motivate teams, individuals and themselves. 

Participants will:

  • Identify their current techniques for engaging and motivating others  
  • Examine effective and ineffective communication methods to engage and motivate others  
  • Participate in communication exchanges with a given scenario and reflect on the process and outcomes in the context of engaging and motivating others to make informed decisions.

Format:  Online, interactive, tutor-led session (via Zoom)

Time:  10am to 12 noon

Cost:  £80 (Co-operative College members) or £100 (non-members)

Additional information

To enrol on this course, you will be invited to create (or if you have an existing account, sign in to) your account in our online learning platform, LearnWorlds.
