Earlier this month we sat down with our new Principal and CEO Dr Cilla Ross to discuss some of the details in our five year plan for the future

What's next?

2019 has been a huge year for us as we've celebrated our 100th birthday. We've no intention of losing the momentum that we've built up either, with work well underway to develop and implement our new five year strategy.

As well as reflecting on some of our successes over the past hundred years and her excitement for the new role, Cilla asks perhaps the most important question of all - what next?

Take a look at what she had to say in the video below.

Openness and Outward Facing

A key focus of our work over the next five years will be ensuring that we're outward facing, attracting and motivating more people than ever before to engage with co-operative education, and the transformational difference it can make in communities here in the UK and across the world.

We need to be bold about how we think about co-operative education and be unafraid to be disruptive
