Who is it for?

Good project management is fundamental to effective organisational output. This course is ideal for anyone who is responsible for, or involved in, developing project plans, management strategies or ensuring projects achieve their objectives at your organisation.

What will participants learn?

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

  • Recognise the components of project stages and lifecycle
  • Identify different project methodologies and strategies for their application, in line with co-operative values and principles
  • Develop a project plan and identify and mitigate risks
  • Construct and monitor a review strategy

How will participants learn?

Participants will undertake practical activities and group discussions to understand how co-operative projects run. They will also have the opportunity to reflect on how the project management process relates to their own work objectives and operational activities.
