We're looking forward to Kaija-luisa Kurik from Rochdale Development Agency joining us on day three of our centenary conference. She'll co-deliver a fascinating workshop on Rochdale's renaissance and the work that is underway across the town.

About Kaija-Luisa

Kaija-Luisa joined Rochdale Development Agency as the Heritage Action Zone Project Officer in 2018. Her role is focused on managing a programme of building grants in combination with an ambitious engagement and place-making programme to revitalise one of the key gateways to town, Drake Street. She moved to the role from the Conservation and Design team in Rochdale Borough Council where she contributed to variety of masterplans and conservation area appraisals as well town centre regeneration projects. She is a final year PhD student at the Manchester School of Architecture.
