In conversation with Co-op's young members The speakers The Co-op Young Members’ Group are a group young people aged 16-25, each with different skills and knowledge and from a range of backgrounds. They all work for Co-op Group, spending a few hours a week in their role getting involved and developing projects with a growing network of young people – making sure young voices are heard and involved Co-op Group. The session Meet Della McDonald and Deirdre MacMahon, two young co-operators with their own stories to share, both working to make sure young voices are heard in Co-op Group – the UK’s largest consumer co-operative.
