Leadership in Co-operatives  - What Is It and Why Do We Need it?

In this webinar we will be discussing what Leadership means in co-operatives. It obviously should not be the sort of leadership seen in many capitalist businesses but what is it, and what do we think it should be? 

We have types of co-operatives - consumer, worker, housing, finance. Is the type of leadership we need necessarily different in the different types? Or do small co-operatives need different Leadership from large ones? What about web-based co-operatives? Do we actually need Leadership at all in co-operatives? Or do we need a different idea of what Leadership means?
