  • Explain how stakeholders differ in a co-op to other types of organisation

  • Reflect upon the quality standards that exist in your organisation and identify improvements that could be made
  • Understand how to notify stakeholders if there is a need to change system, procedures or practice
Co-operative Decision Making
  • Identify and select sources of data and information
  • Be able to analyse and present information to support decision making
  • Be able to communicate information that supports decision making
  • Understand how to achieve decisions that are acceptable to all stakeholders in your organisation
  • Encourage discussion of potential obstacles, facilitating development of alternatives approaches to decision making in co-operatives
Manage Projects
  • Identify the components of project stages and lifecycle
  • Conduct research using sources and analyse data and options
  • Develop a project plan, identify and mitigate risks
  • Construct a monitor and review strategy
  • Make conclusions and recommendations that achieve the project aim
Corporate Social Responsibility and Co-operatives
  • Understand the Principle of an organisational CSR strategy
  • Have reflected on the current CSR strategy of your organisation
  • Explain the impact of an organisational CSR strategy on organisational performance
  • Describe how you implement and evaluate organisational CSR strategy at operational level
