Who is it for?

Have you ever wondered how to act in a co-operative way? This course is for anyone who wants to consider how to behave to support co-ops and foster a culture of collaboration and co‑production.

What will you learn?

You’ll look at how to act to contribute to an effective co-operative. The workshop will include constructive challenge techniques to enable learners to evaluate approaches in a confident and structured way.

At the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

  • Describe a range of positive personal behaviours that work well to support co‑operative culture
  • Explain which of these behaviours are relevant to your role and how you’ll employ them
  • Describe negative behaviours which can threaten co-operative culture
  • Provide practical solutions to reducing the impact of negative behaviour in your co-op
  • Demonstrate constructive challenge techniques to support the introduction of an appropriate culture in your co-op
