  • a staff member, a team leader, a manager, a member, a Director, an officer, any kind of ‘leader’ or someone who is simply interested in helping others to develop

What will I learn?

By the end of the workshop you will be able to…

  • explain the links between individual goals and those of an organisation
  • reflect on the current skills, knowledge and behaviours of individuals and teams of people you work with
  • identify the links between skills, knowledge and behaviour and objectives
  • list a range of training activities you could provide to support the development of other people
  • describe how you might measure and review the development of others

How will I learn?

During the workshop you’ll learn by taking part whole and sub-group discussion with practical activities and self-reflection to think about how you’ll apply what you’ve learned after the workshop.
