Conducting Management Projects This workshop explores the project lifecycle and you will have the opportunity to reflect upon how it relates to your work objectives and operational activities. This structured workshop follows the project cycle and encourages learning through participation in discussions, exercises and individual tasks, with the support of the tutor throughout. You may wish to complete this workshop as part of a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification. For this you will be required to complete a piece of assessed work after the workshop.
