Today marks two months to go until our Centenary Conference and Gala Dinner, taking place from the 26-28 November and set against the backdrop of Rochdale's stunning Town Hall.

The countdown is now well and truly on and we can't wait to welcome hundreds of delegates to the landmark event of our centenary year!

Global to local

With speakers and hundreds of delegates attending from across the world, as well as closer to home, we're bringing a truly global experience to Rochdale, the birthplace of the modern co-operative movement. It's also home to the world renowned Rochdale Pioneers Museum, which this December celebrates a landmark anniversary of its own - 175 years since the first co-operative shop was born!

Join us this November and participate in a range of immersive, thought provoking workshops and plenary sessions that will tackle some of the biggest issues facing society today. They include the decline of adult education, the future of work, plus a look at social action done the co-operative way and how it's empowering a new generation of activists to tackle the issues in their community that matter to them!

Each day has its own unique theme too, with day one dedicated to youth, day two exploring co-operation across the globe and day three focused on the future!

Keynotes to inspire

As you might expect for such a special event, we've put together a stellar line-up of keynote speakers. These include Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, Angela Rayner, MP for Ashton-Under-Lyne and Shadow Secretary of State for Education, and Ariel Guarco, President of the International Co-operative Alliance, plus many many more!
