Flying the Flag To mark the start of our Centenary celebrations we've proudly raised the Internationally recognised co-op logo outside Rochdale Town Hall. Part of a global movement Adopted by the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) as the global logo for co-ops in 2013, co-operatives in 105 countries now use the Marque to show that they are part of the global co-operative movement. The ceremony to raise the flag saw both the Mayor of Rochdale Councillor Billy Sheerin in attendance, as well as our very own Cilla Ross, Vice Principal here at the College. Just the start The ceremony marks the start of a landmark moment in our history as we welcome delegates and speakers from across the world to our Centenary Conference. The packed programme will see nine keynote addresses, six plenary sessions and 15 workshops, with inspirational speakers from across the globe.
