We're thrilled to reveal that a series of Christmas cards designed by school children in Malawi are now on sale at the Rochdale Pioneers Museum.

The project

Partnering with William Jackson Food Group, the project is based in the Ntcheu District of Malawi’s Central Region. Its aim is to help alleviate poverty for 1000 farmers and their families through sustainable agriculture. Visits to schools located near the project sites have resulted in a collection of drawings. These are now on the front of the cards.

The cards

The cards are available in packs of six, with two of each design. Priced at £4, they're on sale at Rochdale Pioneers Museum, with all proceeds going to the project. The hope is that with enough funds raised, the project can be extended to incorporate further outreach work to schools in the local area, directly benefiting more children.
