As we approach the 175th anniversary of the original pioneers coming together to change the world, we're highlighting how it's once again time for ordinary people to do extraordinary things. 

Looking to the future

Founded through a resolution at Co-op Congress, over the last 100 years we’ve grown from a small room at Holyoake House to an educational charity delivering training across the globe. 

We're not dwelling on past achievements though. We use them to inspire new ideas. We know that in today’s uncertain world, co-operation is needed more than ever. From shining the spotlight back on adult education, to developing a Co-operative University open to all, not just a select few, the need to think differently hasn’t gone away.
