  • describe leadership styles and discuss how and why they need to be adapted in different situations 
  • explain how a leader builds a shared sense of purpose with a team
  • describe action centred leadership and how this applies to your role
  • create a personal development plan that will advance your professional development as a leader

How will I learn?

In this thought provoking workshop you will be actively involved in exploring the role of a leader in a co-operative by participation in group work and discussions, self - reflection and action planning activities.
