In this workshop you will learn about decision making models which work well for co-operative and other mutual organisations through tutor led discussion, group work and case studies. By exploring the Unicorn Grocery journey, you will consider the pros and cons of different approaches and have an opportunity to learn from experts in this area to enable you and apply learning to your own role. You may wish to complete this workshop as part of a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification. For this you will be required to complete a piece of assessed work after the workshop.
