If you have not been able to find the ‘exact’ qualification to match your needs, it’s possible we can design one for you using the NOCN (National Open College Network) Progression awards. These provide different ‘sizes’ of qualifications with a wide range of units to ‘pick’ from, which can be combined to provide the ultimate flexibility in bespoke learning and assessment. The college has already done this to provide accredited in-house Induction, Mentoring, Customer Service (in a community setting) and Employability Skills programmes for a number of small co-operatives, but the model can be adapted for organisations of any size.
