DEVELOPING TRAINERS AND ASSESSORS

Trainers and assessors play a vital role in developing employees, managers and members and it is essential that they have the skills and knowledge required to design, plan and deliver effective learning and assessment. Where training and assessment are taking place, internal verifiers are needed to ensure the quality and consistency of the assessment process and to maintain and improve standards. At the Co-operative College, we work with you to identify the development needs of your training and assessment team with the aim of improving staff performance, increasing skills levels and providing highly motivated individuals, focused on the business.
