The Rochdale Pioneers film and Co-operative Revolution Street Gallery come to Rochdale

Inspirational film the Rochdale Pioneers, which was commissioned by The Co-operative Group and produced by The Co-operative British Youth Film Academy, is to be screened at Touchstones Museum and Heritage Centre in Rochdale at 6.30pm on Tuesday 16 April.

The film tells how in 1844 a small group of people fought adversity and inspired a worldwide movement, and there will be a special question and answer session after the film.

Also on show will be the Co-operative Street Gallery which tells the diverse story of co-operation, showing its history, scale and scope.
