Annual Summer Schools running in Bristol and Leeds

The Co-operative College is running its annual Summer Schools for Co-operative Group members.

Sessions taking place in Bristol and Leeds include ‘Celebrating our co-operative heritage’, which aims to show members what can be learned from the past to help understand the present and go forward into the future; ‘Developing an engaged membership’, which aims to help members recognise how the co-operative values and principles can be put into practice through engagement activities; ‘Understanding out core business strategies’, which explores the relationship between business strategy and the co-operative values and principles; and ‘Exploring international co-operation’ which looks at how co-operative membership varies in the UK and internationally, with the aim of helping members recognise how co-operatives can build a better world and alleviate poverty.
