New recruitment opportunities
The Rochdale Pioneers Museum is based in the building where the Rochdale Pioneers opened their original store in December 1844. It is widely regarded as the birthplace of the co-operative movement.
The Museum is about to reopen following a major development project and a Museum Manager and two Museum Guides are being recruited.
The Museum Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the visitor experience at the Museum and will have experience of managing a team and of general administration. The Museum Guides will support the Manager in this work and all staff will give guided tours and lead workshops.
