Dr Linda Shaw in new publication, Co-opératives: Un modèle tout terrien
Dr Linda Shaw, Vice Principal – Research and International at the Co-operative College, has contributed a chapter on co-operatives and Fairtrade to a new publication produced by Belgian organisation SAW-B (Solidarité des Alternatives Wallonnes et Bruxelloises).
The publication, which is entitled Co-opératives: Un modèle tout terrien, also features input from eminent co-operators including Charles Gould, Directory General of the International Co-operative Alliance. Articles cover topics including: co-operatives in Belgium; co-operatives and the economic crisis; co-operatives and renewable energy; co-operatives in the services sector; savings and credit co-operatives; and legislation affecting co-operatives.
